If you are not 100% satisfied with our device, you can return them to us within 90 days for a full refund.
If you are returning your device during your 60 day trial period, because you are experiencing trouble with your device, please contact one of our Customer Support Team at 817.770.0555 to help you benefit from the device,
Once we receive the device back in our office, and provided that the device(s) are still in good condition, a refund will be issued right away.

Our returns policy will not be accepted after 60 days, or will not apply, if an Audio Ear device has been modified or damaged, device must be in the condition you received them and in the original packaging. If repairs have been made without the consent and knowledge of Audio Ear, it will not be accepted as returns. Audio Ear cannot be responsible for lost or damaged shipments.
